Rudy Phillips brings a "protector’s mindset" to every phase of the built environment. With over 20 years of expertise in property insurance and structural restoration, Rudy has a rare, "360-degree" understanding of how a building succeeds—and where it fails.
As a Finance graduate and a Certified Property Insurance Umpire, Rudy has spent decades deconstructing complex property challenges for residential and commercial clients alike. At Concord Building Solutions, he applies this analytical rigor to ensure that every project, from a precision roof replacement to a complete foundation-up build, is executed with absolute integrity. Having managed high-stakes claims and large-scale restoration projects, Rudy provides the technical oversight and "builder’s lens" required to navigate even the most demanding construction hurdles with definitive authority.

For Demetric Norwood, high-performance construction is rooted in accountability and proven results. With a background in Accounting and Finance, Demetric’s career began with a focus on precision and data integrity—principles that now serve as the operational backbone of Concord Building Solutions.
In 2007, Demetric made a career-defining pivot into the roofing and construction industry, founding a premier firm that flourished for 13 years entirely on the strength of client referrals. This legacy of trust is what he brings to Concord today. Whether managing a complex commercial roofing project or overseeing a residential renovation, Demetric ensures that the "business of building" is as seamless as the craftsmanship itself.
